Afterwards, click on the Rental Inquiry tab and complete the Ridgely's Run Community Center Rental Inquiry form. Finally, click on the form's Submit button after completion. We will get back to you to discuss hosting your event!
Pricing Policy as of March 1, 2025
The center may be rented in part or in its entirety...

Rental of the Conference Room (17’x32’) with Kitchen:

$75.00 per hour, $100.00 security deposit

Rental of the Large Room (48’x56’) with Kitchen:

$175.00 per hour, $250.00 security deposit

Rental of the Entire Building:

$225.00 per hour, $500.00 security deposit

Conference Room Screen Rental:

$25.00

Large Room Screen Rental:

$50.00
Rental durations must encompass both set-up and cleanup periods.

All previously scheduled events will be honored at their reserved rates. Starting March 1, 2025, the updated pricing will be strictly enforced.

Community members residing within the Ridgely's Run Community Center corridor will receive a discount of 50% on their rental fees. Additionally, any businesses or churches located within this area are also eligible for a 50% rental discount.

NOTE: The Ridgely's Run Community Center corridor (shown below) is geographically defined as the area southwest of Route 175, northeast of Guilford Road, southeast of I-95, and northwest of Route 1 in Jessup, MD.
Any Howard County school, whose students reside in the Ridgely's Run Community Center corridor, may hold events at no charge, provided that reservations are arranged through their administrative offices.

For Repass reservations made from Monday to Friday, there will be a charge of $100 per hour to reserve the Large Room.
